New York Gang Investigators Association – Annual Gang Training Conference

The New York Gang Investigators Association (NYGIA) is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Gang Training Conference, to be held July 15-17, 2009 at the Sheraton – Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center.

The NYGIA has gathered an array of speakers from throughout the United States that will focus on the recognition and identification of Dominican Gangs (Trinitarios and DDP), Prison Gangs, Tattoo Identification, Understanding Graffiti, Gangs in Schools, Gang Prosecution Strategies and Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs.
They also have special guest speakers that will focus on Intervention and Prevention strategies for at-risk youth.

*July 14 – NYGIA Basic AND Advanced Gang Specialist Certification Course. Registration Fee: $150.00 (payment RECEIVED by June 1, 2009). AFTER this date, the Late Registration/Walk-in Fee is $175.00. One Year NYGIA Membership Included with Registration.
